Our Customer Contact Centre 01276 707100 offers help and advice on council services.

They can give you advice on how to apply for housing and what properties are available.

They can be contacted by telephone during the following times:

Mon to Thurs 8.30am to 5.00pm
Fri 8.30am to 4.30pm

There is also a Duty Desk in the Council Offices and this is open:

Monday 9.00am to 4.30pm
Tuesday 9.00am to 1.00pm
Wednesday 9.00am to 4.30pm
Thursday 2.00pm to 4.30pm
Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm

If you need more detailed housing advice or are at risk of becoming homeless they will put you through the Housing Solutions Team.

If a Case Officer is not available to take you call they will ring you back within two working days. If you are homeless we will call you back within 4 hours.
