Surrey Heath covers 36.5 square miles in North West Surrey. It is an attractive mix of urban and rural environments.
The urban part of the Borough comprises of Camberley, Frimley, Deepcut, Mytchett and Frimley Green. Other centres of population in the more rural part of the Borough are Windlesham, Bagshot, Chobham, Bisley, West End and Lightwater.
Surrey Heath shares boundaries with a number of other Local Authorities from Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire.
Surrey Heath has excellent leisure facilities and an abundance of open space and parkland. Surrey Heath is well connected, with excellent road networks as well as two M3 motorway junctions in the Borough. Public transport connections are good with direct trains from Bagshot, Camberley and Frimley connecting people to neighbouring towns and cities.
The Council Offices are located in Camberley, in Surrey Heath House. Surrey Heath Borough Council continue to develop a customer-centered way of working. The idea of a one-stop approach for residents has been developed with the Department for Work and Pensions, Police, Adult Social Care and the Surrey Heath Clinical Commissioning Group joining Council staff at Surrey Heath House.
